There is a standard charge of only £5.00 per property/per month (minimum 3 months contract). If you do not sell your property within the first 3 months, we shall continue to list your property for a further 3 months FREE OF CHARGE. Please let us know if you sell your property prior to the 3 months. This will enable us to keep www.justukproperty.com up to date for all users.
PLEASE NOTE: Every property sold via www.justukproperty.com by individual sellers must have in place a current HIPS pack in accordance with current legislation.
PAYMENT METHOD: Once we receive details of your property, we shall forward the payment instructions to you. We accept BACS, Cheques, ATM Transfers only. An official invoice/receipt will be despatched on receipt of payment.
AGENTS RATES: We have special rates for estate agents. Please email us with the number and details of properties you wish to advertise.
