Mortgages Still Available!

So, your thinking about moving home, but don't know if you can get a mortgage. The truth is that there are still currently over 2,000 mortgages packages available. Admittedly, it has become more difficult with more strict guidelines now in place to protect lenders, but if you take the time to talk with your lender we are sure you can still pick up good quality, affordable products.

First time buyers are still have a tough time trying to find the 15% to 25% deposits required by some lenders, but we are now starting to see a loosening of the lenders guidelines in order to help them and with the new government incentives beginning to filter through, it is now possible to get that important first foot on the property ladder.
